Although Mike Bibby never played during the Olympics, he was an integral member of Team USA in 2003, a squad that would have to earn Olympic Games qualification for the United States after finishing a disappointing sixth place in the 2002 FIBA Tournament. Bibby helped Team USA go undefeated in the Summer games of 2003, averaging 4.8 assists per contest. This January was filled with hope for University of Oregon students and fans, but the month will probably be remembered for things just outside your reach more than anything.  The Ducks came up short in the BCS National Championship game against Cam Newton’s Auburn Tigers, and a significant buzz began with sneakerheads clamoring to find out more about the UO Air Jordan IX PEs .  These black nubuck Nines were given to the Ducks for their team media day and though they appear unlikely to ever see a retail release, a few are still circulating online, including a deadstock pair in US mens size 11 that just popped up from zach13g on eBay . When the CEO of Nike went to your school, you know you’re set when it comes to athletic gear.
