When you first gaze upon the Air Jordan Phase 23 Hoops midtop, you see some familiar design elements. These joints feature a streaky graphic on their rear a la Air Jordan VIII but the eyelet wing itself where you find this splash of color is closer to the AJ7. Move forward to the side panels to see moire-style perforations like the Air Jordan 2010 Team and if you keep going you get the forefoot strap most recently seen on the Jordan BCT.
